Can some of you Stato's confirm whether the points, goal diff and Goals scored by the top two is the best ever in PL for this stage of the season.
I would but just off to play 7 a side.
Can you have the results ready for about 9.30pm.

Most points is 178 by Chelsea and Arsenal in 04/05. Us and the rags have 136 at the moment and are on pace to finish with 180/181.

Most goals is 189 by Chelsea and the rags in 09/10. Us and the rags have 142 at the moment and are on pace to finish with 189/190.

Best goal difference is +129 by Chelsea and the rags in 09/10. Us and the rags have +95 at the moment and are on pace to finish with +126/127.

Good enough?

1/3 seems about right for the scums odds, too!

Still, bookies get rich by favourites getting beat, so you never know!

Thats just confirmed my belief. City can only do their best and hope that is enough. Unusually the rest of the pack are well off our pace. This is wht RM should be given more time whatever the season brings.

BTW we won 4-3 against our biggest rivals for the title last night.
We were 3-1 down. I never stopped believing we would nick it.
I know City can do it.

when we won the title in 1968 we actually lost six more games than we have so far this season!

City wouldnt win the league with those pts per game now though.4 games less now.(3 pts for a win would give us 84 pts minus the 4 games)
