He means last year's top 4, this year's squads, so Suarez wouldn't qualify whereas the others would.

I really can't understand why anybody would even contemplate suggesting any other right back than Zaba. He was far and away the best right back in the country and the only man who could possibly challenge him as the best in the world played against him in the World Cup final.

And he often played in midfield last season.
