Singing puerile 2 minute ditties with an exaggerated "gritty" regional accent does not a talented band make. They are a woefully substandard shower who seem to have conned the youth market into believing they're cool just by looking moody and going on the internet - a triumph of hype over substance. The Pogues (First 3 albums were the best I have ever heard about life)
Steve Earle (The most underrated American singer/poet of all time in my humble opinion)
