Haha indeed you fucker. Not sure mate tbh, it seems to try and aim for a very sweet cure i think so maybe like sweet gammon if that is popular in Canada?

Makes sense. Spiral hams, baked with honey, pinnapple and cloves, with orange juice in the bottom of the roasting pan are popular.
