Tottenham Hotspur thread (2015/16)

Bleeding spurs no effort at all at the swamp first game of the season, handed 3 points against us will very iffy officiating.

I still remember the walk away from the reply at Wembley in 1981. Cunts.

I think they are nailed on top 3 but like the Arse & the dippers have a habit of bottling it recently.

I hope Spurs fail and badly. They still think we deprived them of a top four place over the last few years and would be interesting to see what excuse they come up with if they fail now.

Spurs are improving. I reckon they will be our nearest challengers come May.

Still a long way to go, but once in reaches the business end of the season we will start to tire, with us still in the FA cup and Europa League the games will take their toll on the squad. The beautiful thing is that other players are chipping in with the goals along with Kane who we don't have to 100% rely on. Alli, Eriksen and even Chadli are good for a goal, even Son and Lamela can chip in too.

I have been sitting on the fence with Leicester all season but just can't work out if they can go all the way, even after their mini slump they're still flying high. I still think City will win the title but I'd like us to finish top 3 if possible, watching us choke for so many years and you just know United will go on a jammy run, even though they've been playing utter wank they're not far off. It seems to me Leicester and Spurs are playing out of their skin whereas the likes of City and Arsenal keep stuttering but well up there. It's been a brilliant season so far, I hope it's all close at the end of the season, we may not get again for a few seasons!!

If I remember rightly spurs were very unlucky not to beat the rags at the swamp

I seen their first game at the swamp, I thought they were pretty hopeless and fruitless. Since then they have looked a strong, formidable growing outfit. It's strange I heard a Spuds fan on the radio describing their players, he said everyone of them was playing with a team ethic apart from Erikkson. The games I've seen he looks very impressive and has a sizeable impact in a lot of their build up play. We're in the last third of the season now, it's very tight, it's imperative we perform very well against Spuds at home.

Kieran Trippier looking a proper right back these days. He's going to turn up highly motivated next week against his boyhood club. I'd venture to say he'd start at RB with our current squad...
