how many years does this go on for though? not being heartless but unless people feel it whats the point? if this carries on forever every game will have a minutes silence for some anniversary or the other

We pretty much do these days. Every game they seem to have one and i sit there thinking what the cor blimey is this one for
I get WW1 and 2 as many many people died over these. These days we have a minutes silence for someone dinging there front wing on the way out of Aldi.

It's becoming like Liverpool and their black arm bands. Every bloody game they've got one on there for something or another. They should just design it into the kits.
