It wasn’t always great, it wasn’t always pretty and we were wasteful (again) in front of goal but we completely deserved that. Another trophy for the cabinet.

I’d quibble a bit — personally I thought it was mostly great, mostly pretty and Spurs made some outstanding blocks (and Lloris a save or two) to keep it level as opposed to us being wasteful relative to other times when we have been.

We completely overwhelmed them and were toying with them after the goal. Steffen had about five seconds of work — one punch, and one fine save. I concur that we fully deserved that and if we play with that kind of energy and attitude against PSG I’ll certainly be pleased.

We were by far the best team , liked more goals but in the end didnt matter , glad it didnt go to extra time . 4 times in a row .
