Toure or Tueart goal ?

The only person in the whole stadium who thought Yaya was going to score at that exact moment today was Yaya.
Came from nowhere. One of the best Wembley goals of all time. I've just got hoe from the match and watched it about 50 times on Sky + and it's a thing of utter beauty !

I'm going...

Yaya
Mackenzie
Nasri
Tueart
Hutchinson (first half)

Toure's goal was out if absolutely nothing. Yes we were starting to play a bit, but I don't think he looked between playing the initial pass and receiving the ball back.

Unbelievable strike.

It's pretty much impossible to compare the greatest of goals as they have different elements and different contexts. We've seen some amazing goals over the last few years, long curling shots and superb interplay. But for sheer audacity, surprise and breathtaking execution, Yaya's is right up there if not at the top. DT's was special but Yaya's much better.

the king of wembley goals is dead

long live the king of wembley goals

Toure's is amongst the best I have ever seen. It's Ronnie Radford without the mud and the hit and hope element. I wish I had the words to do justice to its beauty.

When you see the TV slow motion just watch the crowd as Yaya's shot goes in. Absolutely everybody is in frozen animation. Nobody moves until the ball has hit the back of the net and started to drop down. There are some astonished faces.

Yaya and Nasri's goals were both absolute wold class. Both with an eye for goal and superb technique, Yaya's carefully worked in the build up and measured and Nasri's a perfect strike with the outside of the boot to bring it back in.

Tuearts goal is the stuff of legend though, So it's the king of all Geordies for me.

Toure over Tueart for me.

Tueart hit a ball into the net in a brilliant and unorthodox fashion from a normal scoring position a few yards out.

Toure just plucked a goal out of nothing from miles away from goal.
