I have some mates in Perth, a lad I used to Snowboard with from London called Andy and his wife Carmel who's a teacher over there and an original Ozzy (from Perth) they emmigrated years ago. It will be interesting to see the change in form of various players, if any under Mancini. Players like Toure who have been shocking of late may come back to form. Lets not forget he was an excellent defender at Arsenal for many years.

Yes, there may be a player exodus in January, but the majority will be the manager's choice.
For what I've read on here and elsewhere one of Mancini's major strength is his man management. Player's love the guy apparently. We have a squad full of quality players, it's just a question of getting them playing to their best.
