Iv not seen this posted but its my subjective opinion from season highlighted by the last few performances. Arsenal must be laughing all the way to the bank, 16 million for what?

The guy isnt a leader, has no pace, unsettles the rest of the defence & looks a bag of nerves himself, his distribution is terrible, cant head the ball and every first time clearence he attempts justs ends up straight up in the air putting us under more pressure. You could see 10 man Wigan targeting him with the long ball last night and twice they were only a fraction away.

Kompany is a great center half and has the ability to organise those around him eg Boyata. Made the kid look like a quality prospect which he is.

Toure is that bad hes actually unsettling Kompany, you can see it in Kompany's body language. Its no wonder lescott took so long to settle in, he didnt start playing like the player we all know he is until Kompany got the starting shirt over captin fuck up.

Is this just me or can anyone else see it aswell!?

Virtually said exactly the same this morning, Toure is a liability and our best pairing is Lescott and Vinnie by a country mile!

but apart from that hes brilliant?
 
Zabba has got a two game ban after the booking last night, would still rather see richards at right back than toure anywhere in our staring eleven though.

has kompany has been reinvented as a centre back, i believe toure could revert to the role where he began his career in midfield.

he looks happier driving forward with the ball, would add some much needed legs to a slow midfield, and he can actually carry the ball, something many of our midfield are reluctant to do.
 
Too error prone to play in defence, got a good turn of pace though, can drive the side forward at times. Probably stands out in this regard due to our pedestrain midfield though.
 
Apart from one mistake in the second half i thought he had a pretty good game yesterday and certainly wasn't shit. Against Fulham he was excellent and he only had an average game against Everton but last night he did well as far as i'm concerned

His use of the ball is excellent most of the time and while he's prone to the odd mistake i think he's a pretty solid defender. Of course i prefer Lescott and Kompany but he'll do a good enough job while one of them is injured

I agree. Toure's best point is his ability to carry the ball out of defence. Unlike Richards, he might actually cross the ball to a blue shirt
 
Toure is the best defender who has ever played for City.

If you think he's shit, you're just wrong.
 
Never seen anyone so pathetic at clearing a football as Toure.

Biggest waste of space, I'd get Boyata in ahead of him or even Nedum
 
He is defintely our weak link in defence when it comes to actually defending, not bad at driving the ball forward in midfield
