Qatar has better medical facilities than Manchester?
He was on international duty.

I love it when people say Gio was a legend of MCFC, always signposts they're talking crap
Or perhaps even those who waited 36 years to see a trophy or 44 years to see us win the league, hardly 15/16 year oldsLike I said..it depends on your experiences with the club.
Yaya will be a legend in the eyes of 15/16 year old lads in Singapore.
Or perhaps even those who waited 36 years to see a trophy or 44 years to see us win the league, hardly 15/16 year olds
Unlike the bed wetters who constantly drone on about the legend that saw us relegated twice turning up for the odd game on tv.
Jack74 and Buzzer1 better not know where you live! Haha!Or perhaps even those who waited 36 years to see a trophy or 44 years to see us win the league, hardly 15/16 year olds

Yeah, good choice on your part, he won as many medals at City as Gio did, although he did avoid the double relegation, a bit like the guy you're criticising, you know the one who scored the winning goals in the semi final and final in 2011, the guy who scored the two important goals in the penultimate game in Newcastle, the same guy who put is back in the final in 2014 and scored over 20 goals in midfield as we won the leagueIf a city legend is someone who slates the club that you claim to support then good for you flower.
Right up there with Danny mills in the hall of fame
I'll post my addressJack74 and Buzzer1 better not know where you live! Haha!

Yeah he's shit, and you are a genius
Talk of him being a city legend despite him and his agent constantly slating the club? Not for me. One of our best ever players? Undoubtably. THE best? Maybe. But not a legend, a legend in my eyes loves and respects the club
I echo your thoughts. Always great to see a replay or two of his highlights reel but the truth be told he went missing as often as he produced the goods.I'll post my address
I liked Kinkladze, but he ain't no legend, he was a good player, sometimes great, but you can't escape the fact we had a double relegation during his tenure, hardly legendary deeds regardless of what some fools may think

My daughter adored him, still does, as do many who grew up in that time when they had no heroes, and nothing to dream of.I echo your thoughts. Always great to see a replay or two of his highlights reel but the truth be told he went missing as often as he produced the goods.
Why bring Stuart Hall into this?it seems some others haven't been able to see through their pre teen fixations
Unlike you I didn't try to "claim" you don't support City, although many people on here think you don'tI've already said, only about an hour ago, that he might well be one of the best ever players to play for our club. Not once have I said he's shit. Just not a legend in my eyes
I'm not a genius like you have alluded, but at least I can read
Edit..it was 4 hours ago..
I think his agent is a bit of a poor advocate, although Toure's pronouncements last week were borderline paranoidCan't we compromise by agreeing that he's a **** AND a legend?
Haha, people don't think I support city?Unlike you I didn't try to "claim" you don't support City, although many people think you don't
Although unlike you I have all the mods on here who have seen me at a game, except our American based Smiths fan
I love it when people say Gio was a legend of MCFC, always signposts they're talking crap
Weekly is overdoing itBeing a legend is measured in many different ways. Gio stayed when many, if not all, of todays players would leave in a heart beat.
That makes him a legend in my eyes in addition to the fact he was probably the most exciting City player Ive ever seen in a blue shirt.
Look at the North stand when Kinkladze was bearing down on the West Ham goal in the cup match. That rush of excitement/adrenalin whatever you want to call it is the exact reason many people fell in love with football. Kinkladze provided it on a weekly basis
