Tournemant in Hannover?

Hi,

Just sat in Mc D's at Hannover Airport (waiting for the wife to come back from blighty), in Germany and in comes a load of around 10 year old kids with 2 adults kids wearing the same city gear black jogging pants with white city top and the adults with black city top and bottoms

Is there or has there been a some kind of youth tournement on here?

At a guess, yes..The ADO DEN HAAG youth tournament

If it`s in Den Haag then it is a long way away from Hannover.

P'raps they're saying hello to Michael Tarnat. He ended up there, didn't he?.

Slightly off topic but to the OP......are you a blue living in Hannover? Only ask cos I spend quite a bit of time over there with work and had to watch a few matches out there (Jack The Rippers invariably) if there is a blue contingent in Saxony it would be good to know....cheers!

mate 7armd brigade are based between hannover and hamburg there are loads of blues out here with the various units, so if you ever fancy getting on the piss with a load of squaddie blues , then send me a message any time

Chuffed to say my son was one of the Academy lads over in Hannover doing themselves and City proud although gutted couldn't get over to see them !

Have been told they were excellent in every game and with a bit more luck could have faced AC Milan in the final who by all accounts were exceptional.

All the other teams were desperate to swap shirts with the City boys above any other teams so it appears our new found reputation proceeds us and we cannot underestimate where we fit in world football now !

A really great bunch of lads out there fling the blue flag so well and the future is indeed a very bright shade of blue !!!
