Crossfire was one of those games that looked brilliant on tv, but was really fucking shit.

Just a bit of hardboard with a couple of ball bearing guns...

Had a great football game by Casdon With players in hollows on a hard plastic pitch... I'm guessing Casdon Soccer but may be too obvious

Plastic rifle that fired a dart with a sucker on the end
Bow and arrows with plastic suckers on their ends
I was easily pleased!

The best way to describe it would be miniature curling/bowls. you were red or blue and you would send your ball bearing type thing down the board and it would hit 2 sets of elastic bands to send it back towards you down the other side of the board where you would score points on its resting position.

I thought it was 'free hand'? though my memory is shite. I remember it being a little mini curling game really. Way before curling.
