I said online slander I did not say message boards, I know for a FACT of one case where an american political forum/website settled out of court but alas I could not talk about it here.

Well, we're all currently using a message board that is UK-registered, so that particular case would be of no relevance whatsoever then, no?

You don't need to go into details about a specific case, just give me a loose indication of how someone can possibly slander a fictional online character (i.e. Dubai Blue) when no one knows who that moniker actually belongs to. By slagging me off on here, you'd be slandering a login name, not me personally.

I'm genuinely interested, so if you do actually have any knowledge of this, please share it with us.
