All very confusing to me this multiverse..
Looks like it has potential to be decent.
As many times as it takes ;)
Ye but in the 60s silver age, supposedly will come into our time line eventually, I did like Galactus been teased, I like the look of it all.
Ye I get what your saying, I came at it from the era of the comics and style, never really thought about it as it’s supposed to be the future just a different style bit like the Jetsons! So, I've seen this mooted in some reviews today and it shows how they're not very expansive with understanding the 'FF' era.
I like the fact that the film retains the homage to the comics in the origin of the team, which come out in the 60's, so reflects the decor of the time. The artists, back then, had no vision of what the future would look like, but the 'FF' are supposed to be set in the future, hence the design work in the comic images.
All that to say... it's not 60s!! That's just the styling. If you've ever read comics of that era, every architecture is rounded corners, not sharp edges, popular imaging of the time and this is what the reviewers misunderstand.
As the years pass by, the comic artists bring the vision of the 'Fantastic Four' more into line with the decor of the period.
Sorry for the rant, it's not aimed at you!
Looks like it might be good.
I'll watch anything with Scarlett Johansson in a crop top ;)

Some similarities to The Man Who Fell To EarthIn its own right, it's a very thought provoking film, for me.
Really non-formulaic and I like that.
If we’re talking about the big studios, I completely agree. That’s what most films are today, Hollywood have been running out of ideas for years.
Mad to think Tom Cruise is now older than what Jon Voight was when he appeared in the first Mission Impossible filmA sense of finality, at last...
