Training Report DH - Friday 26/8 (Nasri's 1st, Good Read)

I too feel Nasri will start on Sunday. His ball retention is just too good to overlook against a side like Spurs, who often dominate possession against us.


Barry and Yaya sitting, with Nasri just in front. Aguero/Dzeko take it in turns to drop off, and of course Silva can do what he wants. It could be special.

Training Friday 26/8

There was some great finishing on show (Mario,Kolarov and Milner especially) as well as top class goalkeeping plus plenty of great banter. Joe constantly asking the "strikers" who they were passing to.There was also nearly a very bad injury but it would have been to a fan.Chasing a ball that had come over the fence it seemed he tried to jump over a log but didnt quite make. Totally A over T and his head crashed down onto soft ground about 2 inches from another log. Lucky boy.

Cracking report. Went down there with my two lads today and will post some pictures later.

Love the fact you mentioned the lad who went flying over that log. You had to feel for the kid but once you knew he was ok you couldn't help laughing. Never seen someone disappear out of sight so quickly. And he never got the ball either. Ha ha

It was great to hear the banter between the players today. At the end the players who'd been involved in the shooting practice were smashing the balls about 50 yards trying to get them straight into an open shed door. Milner was the only one to manage it. Then Mario seemed intent on doing damage to AJ by shooting balls at him. All looked good fun.
