Off topic but what did you or your lad think of the coaching? Did he enjoy it?

I know you didnt ask me but my lad loved it, he has made loads of new friends and learnt a lot on just the first day. He started football training last Saturday and then he's at City all week so I was worried it'd be overkill for him but he cant get enough. My only complaint was it wasnt signposted very well and no one was there to meet and greet, the staff were all stood around talking but no one was welcoming the kids to the session, other than that though it was great and the wee man has really enjoyed it, he's already giddy and excited about going in the morning!

How olds your lad NMT? My lad started there today, he's 6 and called Liam he insisted on having his Barca away kit on though today! But he has had an amazing time and wont shut up about it! Gotta go and get him the new away kit now as everyone had one on and he's feeling left out, lol.[/quote]

Hi mate

Spencer is 10 so he was in with Andy May and Richard Edghill, was your lads kit green? If so I hope his cut knee is ok, Neil Pointon looked after him well.

I was really impressed with the whole day, your group was taken by Jason Beckford and Neil Pointon all light-hearted stuff but they seemed to love it.

-- Mon Aug 02, 2010 10:58 pm --
