Arrived early to be greeted by Mancini and Brian Kidd. Only an hour today and just us there as DH was unable to attened.
Usual training methods, started off with some light jogging and tatics without the ball. Then they moved on to some foot work and stretching.
They had a game of keeping the ball with two groups, starting off with one touch working up to three touches. After that they moved onto a 10 aside game of footie which was very feisty in parts.
There was no clear team selections on the pitch today. But everyone present except the injured Lescot, Petrov, Bridge and Ireland.
To finish was some practicing at free kicks by Adebayor, A. Johnson, Tevez, Garrido, Richards and Mancini even had a few shots :)
