yes SI was very dizzy and rough at the end of the game Wednesday and taken to hospital as a precaution. However, Barry had a bit of a bug but fully recovered........

the whole set up looked very professional and everything scheduled to a tee.......Lescott wore a bobble hat throughout........but for me Sylvinho was outstanding for his commitment and the way he encouraged everyone in the squad.......seems a great team player............

RSC looked very sharp to me and expect him to be on the bench Monday....

what was shay given doing? was he doing laps and sprints with the rest of the boys? or was he and stu taylor doing goalkeeping work by themselves? im dying to know, because im a goalkeeper and i need to know if i have to do sprints and laps etc..

suprised sylvinho wasnt rested for training this week after warming up for 90 minutes against fulham ;)

Yes you should, no room for fat unfit keepers in the modern game you know.

Shay did a lot of specialist training with Hitchcock, Stuart Taylor and the young 3rd choice goalie whose name escapes me..........

didn't do any laps mainly concentrating on specialist stuff......

when they had a full scale match Shay watched and Stu and the youngster were in nets doing all the diving/saving etc.......

Shay quite vocal but not as vocal as Stu Taylor who was barking orders........

Blue Turban I came off jct 8 of M60 and drove 1 mile down Carrington road where i parked in one of the large lay-byes near Shale Sharks training ground.

I walked into the Sharks entrance and walked past the complex carrying straight ahead towards the woods where you will hit the outer fence of the City training area, at the fence make your way round to the right and you will arrive at the main training pitch where others should be gatherered............

might not be there on tuesday after playing monday night

but could be their tommorrow for a short session
