All present and correct and in very good spirits.

Even Johnson and Boj were involved with the group at some point today which is very encouraging.

We have all mentioned Bellamy's pace but christ he is quick boys, they were doing a shuttle sprint exercise and he was up against SWP he won comfortably.

De Jong seems to have settled in well and is a strong trainer.

Even Petrov was out on the park working with the fitness coaches, pulling those weight machines they have and also juggling a ball.

No signs of how we will set-up for Newcastle, probably tomorrow so will keep you informed

You were absolutely spot on with the team selection for Wigan...my mates were well impressed when i informed them Zabaleta would play midfield.

I would have thought straight swap for Vinnie and Dunne and then De Jong in the Midfield, not sure about Superman for Elano and obviously Bellamy for Studge although Bellamy was asked about his back today and if it was feeling OK?!?!?, will let you all know tomorrow.

i have a good feeling about the next few months..it feels as if its the start of season feeling which i get every year but this feels different if you get what i mean..i fancy 4-0 or 4-1 against newcastle..will be investing a full £2 on this

Will go too. Can you please tell me where it is (post code ofr sat nav or area) and training times. My boy is only 3 and loves beno. Walks around the house in his kit and his thumb in his mouth most of the day. He would love to see him as I have not taken him to a game yet. Waiting until he turns 4 in April
