OP is correct. It's at least 25. Teams get a cut of the TV revenue. Better the tv market the more money. English market is highest so English teams make more money relative to other teams from other countries.

I dont think it makes any difference. When we had the constant threads of "Top 4 V Winning a Trophy"; part of my arguement that a Trophy was more important was that we had already attracted the serious players. Tevez; Silva; and Yaya to name but three.
