Travel Advice Needed

Prague is great. Lived there for some years and it has everything you want plus great beer. The country is small enough that it is easy to take lots of trips out of the city to castles, beautiful countryside etc.

We're going back for a couple of weeks in August which won't be as nice due to the number of tourists but in October it would be perfect.

I've only been to Europe (Ireland) and it was 20 years ago. I have some time in October and would like to take a trip but I'll be going alone. I'm thinking either Prague or Amsterdam but I'm open to suggestions in Europe and I figure you guys have been around.

What I'm looking for:

- History
- Good food
- Nightlife
- I only speak English so I don't want to be completely lost
Benidorm has existed since 1325 when it gained it´s town charter from Admiral Bernat De Serria at Polop castle which was then part of the kingdom of Valencia. The giving of town charters was carried out until the 17th century as a way of removing the Moors and allowing Christians to inhabit the area.

The first settlements in the area can be found at Mont Benidorm a hill in Cala Fenestrate that you can see at the far end of the Poniente beach. Here there are burial grounds and remains of an Iberian settlement that dates back to the first century B.C.

Archaeologists discovered remains of fishing nets here firmly tying Benidorm to the sea even then. A figure of Tanith who is a Phoenician goddess of fertility and the heavens was also unearthed here as were remains of Roman settlements nearby.

Madrid would be ideal for your first trip.Loads of good clean and cheap hostels with single rooms.
Plenty museums and parks.Great bars and loads of fast food joints.
I was in Brussels last weekend.Really enjoyed it.Great train system making every other Belgium City accessible.Spent a day in Gent which was great.

Have you noticed anything different in your teeth structure, have you developed fangs ?
Went to Vlad the Impalers castle, Castle Poienari, awesome place but not a place you would want to visit if there is nobody else knocking about or it's getting near twilight, bloody creepy

Just left Amsterdam for Berlin a few days ago. It's a fucking mental city, 4 days and it was all a blur. Went to a few big attractions like Anne Franks house and VG museum but the queues were outrageous. Night life great every night, not loads of clubs but pubs and the red light district are ace. Spent most days just sleeping and smoking and nights just mental. Berlin is different, bigger City but quieter, we came on the day of the CL final. More clubs and bars where we are but a bit quiet now as it's not the weekend. We'll be in Prague tomorrow but I've heard cheap and vibrant so can't wait.
