Travel back to Nice from Monaco?!

Is everyone sure that there's not going to be a hold back that prevents us from getting those late trains? I think if I remember correctly, it's a hefty walk and the station is 150m higher than the stadium. aside from it being 1700m away according to google maps.

The Police will want you well away from Monaco, after the game. In 2017 they escorted us to the station, and made sure we boarded it.
