At least those who paid with credit cards will get their cash back, for those who paid with debit card, i have this for you. :0(
I am going munich with them after they undercut lufthansa's website by £100 per ticket.
I was suspicious at first, so was my mate but once the e-tickets were received (about a week after, so get nervous) I checked the codes on lufthansa's own website and our tickets popped up so you can't argue with that.
I get the feeling they book seats in advance and get a discount.
They really did pull the rabbit out of the hat so to speak!
