I don't think they actually watch the draw and change prices based on that. I believe it is more likely to do with algorithms that monitor demand and then use dynamic pricing to adjust seat prices accordingly.

Agreed, I’d be surprised if it was so ‘manual’ that an actual person monitored the draw then manually started increasing prices in the software.I don't think they actually watch the draw and change prices based on that. Surely it’s just an algorithm that sees searches for certain flights on certain days increase in a short time period, then automatically ramps up the pricing.
Still, same difference I suppose. Fans are still being screwed.
