Same here pal. Travelling tomorrow, if nothing in post then have to pick up over there I assume? Travelling with a teenager, got the one day only in Madrid so don’t want the hassle of going somewhere I don’t know to HOPEFULLY pick up the tickets. Absolute fucking disgrace and very fucking stressful

Exactly the same. Going with my 18 yo lad… my first European away game after 45 years of watching City! Going to call customer services again about 4.30 but fully expecting the same clueless response. Suspect we’ll all be wandering the streets of Madrid on Tuesday looking for a ticket pick up point when we should be enjoying the beers. City will blame RM. RM will blame City. And we’re stuck in the middle of their combined incompetence.

Get to Madrid tonight at 1am, still not got the tickets I paid for weeks ago, all I’ve been told is wait and see if they come in the post today. If not “they will be in touch”, fucks sake. My first European away (apart from finals) since the KK era, I am 65 going with my 15 year old son, it’s shameful that we have this situation - will they come today, will Madrid and City sort our tickets out, where will we have to go tomorrow (when we should be seeing Madrid), will we actually get to the match - it’s fucking stressful and shameful from City, they really don’t give a flying fuck about the core support any more

In this day and age its pretty poor that the club allowed this to happen. Paper tickets sent out a week before a match that people are travelling to a different country for is crazy. Many people going a few days before the match starts as well.

This should all have been made digital, or at least give fans the option of how they want to get their tickets, be it collection in madrid, digital download or post.

It’s 4 days before I’m travelling they say they sent them out, and that includes a weekend. But Khaldoon will tell us how much he cares about the core fan base, fucking #Together (my arse)
