But GB62 tells me this is a bad thing, you know giving people choice and the like ?
Only pulling your legI did nothing of the sort, as you well know ;-)
Use google flights, kayak, momondo, or skyscanner. Think you can get flights from Manchester for about £85 return with a stop in each in direction going the day before coming back the day after.Would any kind souls help with a little advice where to fly to from etc. All new to us Gatwick seems to be best price thanks
Its a straightforward journey and is fine to get there - Italian trains, especially the Frecciarossa's are excellent. Last train back seems to be at 21.10, and the game kicks off at 21.00 local time so think you might need to stay in Milan for at least the night of the game!Thinking of staying in Genoa and travelling in for the game. Direct train to Milan Centrale only takes 1hr 30mins.
Anyone done this before?
Air balloonFlying Manchester - Krakow on the Tuesday night £15 then on to Bergamo Weds lunchtime £25. Back Thurs pm Malpensa - Madrid £20, 5 hours drinking time then back to Manchester for £25. Trip organised by Phileas Fogg & the Environmental Impact Denial party!
The Navigli area a few miles away is full of restaurants and bars and has a really good vibe. Well worth a visit if you just want to chill and enjoy a meal and some drinks without any troubleBooked flights to Milan over the weekend from Early Monday to Late Thursday.
Decided to stay in B&B next to the ground for ease on the Wednesday night.
Anyone with recommendations for hotels in centre of Milan close to metro & Bars.
