Our fantastic Ticket office strikes again - I bought 2 tickets in the first week of sale, first one arrives to my house Thursday this week and as of this morning I’m still waiting on the second ticket - wasn’t too worried it’s not unusual for them to post away tickets out to my house in separate envelopes even though they were bought together.
Then I get a call around 11.30am today from the ticket office explaining they forgot to post the second ticket out and I’d need to collect today as they couldn’t guarantee it would be posted out in time for Tuesday....absolute amateurs!
Any blues still waiting on tickets I’d give the T/O a bell first thing Monday.

I'm never one to do things the easy way so just set off by train. Stafford to Paris today, onto Turin tomorrow & arriving in Milan on Tuesday lunchtime.

Indeed. Free travel to and from London, discounted Eurostars and free coupons for France & Italy. Shame it's global fares on the direct trains from France into Italy, but still cheap.With a route like that i bet you work on the railways ?
