I think you should explain the reason for this question, just being a bit nosey of course. Dependent on why you would want one up your arse, I am sure there will be plenty of advice on alternative things to put in your arse and quite probably some on here who can also recommend numerous venues in the area where you might find satisfaction in this respect. If however nothing other than those dodgy fish will suffice, I would suggest an Amazonian fish monger may be your first port of call.
