There's a reason levy let him go so cheap in today's market. He is quite crap. Still strange that Simone wants him
 
Strange because Spurs fans were raving about him when we bought Walker, and now they are selling him for what in today's market is peanuts. Most unusual for Levy to let a player of that age go so cheaply.
 
It is an odd signing - his strength is his quality of crossing not his defensive abilities. Does not really seem like an AM type player but it is a good move for him and, as a former blue, I wish him well.
 
Funny how when we bought Walker the gobshite cockney media were hailing Trippier as the best RB in the league. How wrong they were. As usual. Good luck to the fella, but I'm so glad we signed Kyle.
 
I know Atletico have money to spend but to me Trippier and James Rodriguez seem like the exact opposite type of players for Simeone's system.

It is weird. Maybe Simeone IS changing style after all!? They smashed Madrid 7-3, so maybe, as you could have thousands of guesses and never suggest that Atletico were involved in a 7-3! Joao Felix was electric.
