Tin hat on but I think we're at a stage now where we should only do this sort of stuff for league title wins and champions league wins.
I suspect it may also be Pep's big farewell.

Absolutely right. When I interviewed Malcolm Allison in early 1990s he said 'Celebrate every success as if it's your first because it could be your last' - Malcolm never thought his last major trophy at City would be in 1970. He managed City to the Charity Shield in 1972 but it sounded like he didn't really celebrate it as he would've done if he'd known it would be his last City trophy. You never know when your last trophy will be 1976 - 2011 was a long time to wait.
I celebrate every day of our success. It will end. I enjoyed yesterday more than ever.Absolutely right. You sure it wasn’t Daniel Levy who said it? ;-)burham just said no trains or buses are working that day use your bikes ;)
you can suspect all you want but you are wrong.I suspect it may also be Pep's big farewell.
You might want to check the route for this one, you won’t see a thing from there!I’m going to do what I did for 2012. A couple of hours in moon under the water, then onto the mitre before establishing my spot to thank the club as the buses go by.
Meant to be 25 degrees and pure sun. It’s going to be amazing and anyone criticising it must lead the most saddest of lives.
People are so unhealthy bothered what some scrote scouser, rag or cockney keyboard warrior thinks about how many people will be there. They’ll be plenty enough to make it worth whileIt’s a chance to celebrate the men’s, women’s and youth successes as one club.
It’s going to be sunny and it’s a bank holiday. There’s some huge personalities leaving the club and a great way to say bye to them.
What’s with all the moaning? Whether we have over 250,000 there like the Treble parade, or 70,000 there like one of the lesser ones, it doesn’t matter. Sad wankers on the internet who are bitter about City will screenshot a gap in the crowd and pretend the entire parade was like that irrespective of how many go.
Me too.I suspect it may also be Pep's big farewell.
He’s retired now, and living back on Gran Canaria.Imagine if we somehow won the league too, this would be massive on a bank holiday in the sunshine.
If there’s a God…
did you know that the canary islands are not named after birds,He’s retired now, and living back on Gran Canaria.
Not a single mention of the Carabao Cup win either. No comments allowed.
You wonder why?
It’s getting ridiculous now.

Manchester City announce bus parade to celebrate club's success
The club says the celebrations mark the achievements of the men's, women's and academy teams.www.bbc.co.uk
Interesting theory, surprised no-one else has mentioned this. What makes you think it's for Pep's farewell?I suspect it may also be Pep's big farewell.
Yes, I’ve heard that before.did you know that the canary islands are not named after birds,
but after dogs?
canariae insulae = latin for the island of dogs
same derivative as canine.
not forgetting Canis Minor - the lesser dog and one of Orion's most faithful hunting dogsYes, I’ve heard that before.
Canis Major - the greater dog constellation, part of which is Sirius, the Dog Star.
I stopped caring when I noticed how many will just openly lie online to try and have a dig.People are so unhealthy bothered what some scrote scouser, rag or cockney keyboard warrior thinks about how many people will be there. They’ll be plenty enough to make it worth while
True, but this is the first week have had that's not been on a normal work day, with it being a bank holiday I can see it being well attended. It's a good job I've got that tin hat on. I remember pissing myself when liverpool did a parade for the fa and league cup double in 2022. I worry that what we've achieved, as great as it is, will not be enough to line the streets from town to the Etihad and fill the coop arena. It feels like we're setting ourselves up for a fail.
Ok, so we win the league next Sunday then what?Tin hat on but I think we're at a stage now where we should only do this sort of stuff for league title wins and champions league wins.
