Think it was City's firm and Liverpool's firm outside the flat iron.

Thought that stuff had long gone from the game, first time I've seen rival firms kick off in the streets and I've been going to aways for 8 years
you mean the small d*ck clubs.... that is so very sad if true.... i mean really sad !!!

des, at birmingham last year, there were 6 or 7 lads, politely offering people out, just outside new street station. I said to one of them," sorry mate i've just had something to eat, i'll get cramp like in the swimming baths". I shit you not, he offered me his phone number so i could txt him to meet up after the game!

I couldn't sleep for a fortnight afterwards, due to my shitbaggery!

;0)

Sad bastards but at least it's better than just doin people in for no reason .

are these firm s 2nd generation "blackburn blues" ;) or is it really within the club??

kickboxing is for queers :) why don t they do that instead?

A lot of the time its a few 15 year old idiots jumping about pretending they want it but it did actually kick off fairly badly last night.

Looked more organised than an random altercation

its cos everyone hates us now, comes with being top, evry mob will want a pop at us!

suprised at this rumour though as a few of city and pools lads get on well!!

The bollocks that people talk, when they know nothing about it. I know what happened and it was nothing to do with city's firm. Before the game 2 taxis full of blues were coming up the road by the side of the flat iron pub, when they witnessed 5 blues being attacked, just normal fans, by about 20 scallies, one of the lads had a bottle smashed in his face. The lads in the taxis jumped out to help and after a little bit of handbags, the scallies legged it.

Then after the game the said lads were walking back down the same street, and the same lot of scallies came out of a side street tooled up and ambushed them, it was 8 onto 20 or more, but stood their ground and eventually chased them off. When the lads got to the corner where the flat iron was, the scallies appeared again, but even more of them. Went off again, but this time a load of city came out of the pub, and chased these dicks down The road. Lots of bricks And other missiles were being thrown, mostly by them, the lad who was injured, was hit on the head with a brick, luckily he's ok( where there's no sense there's no feeling) looked like Terry butcher on the train home. Police turned up and gave the city fans an escort to bus stop and put them on a bus back to lime st

So it wasn't city's firm, but handy lads all the same, just randomly attacked by their urchin rats. These lads are not young kids, if they hadn't stood their ground they probably would have been hospitalised.

I was in Flat Iron pub after the game and noticed a hostile atmosphere walking towards there. I have never seen any trouble between City and Liverpool fans in the past but there is definite hatred for us now.

The police come in and offered all City fans an escort for our own safety as there was a few skirmishes apparently. We managed to carry on drinking in there with no trouble and then got a cab to Lime Street and had a few beers in the Punch and Judy. We was talking to a couple of Liverpool and Everton fans at the bar and they was looking for a bit of trouble and trying to get a reaction out of us.

There used to be trouble all right.

I was in The Flat Iron between about 2.15 and 2.45 and saw nothing, but it looks like bitterblue saw what happened.

Walking to the ground I did see a small group of young lads who I thought were looking for trouble. Age has some benefits.

Didn't see any mither and generally all the scousers seemed in a good mood after. Bad luck whoever got in trouble

Just for the record what ''bitterblue'' is saying is spot on.

I was attacked by the 20 or so who thrust a bottle in my face from behind. A few of us walking up Anfield Road minding our own business. Never been part of a ''firm'' and never would be!! I go for the football not the mindless violence.

Heard there was lots of trouble on Sunday so hopefully all other City fans are ok.
