Trouble in the North Stand second tier vs United

It's time for the club to start taking some responsibility. They need to make everyone who buys a ticket aware of the risk of going in as an opposition fan. And if its been bought through a tout, that ticket needs to be traced back to the seller and the seller needs to be banned, otherwise this won't stop and eventually something bad will happen

Would City not have jurisdiction over the land around the stadium and Joe Mercer Way?

They will have within the campus grounds .

I wouldn't have thought that included the platform where we get off. In fact, I'm sure not. Surely comes under city council or Greater Manchester Authority jurisdiction?

Again, I think, honestly, touts are good at disappearing. Sort of comes in the job description, doesn't it?

Been in away ends at Leeds, Dippers, Barcodes, rags, Stoke, Villa and Bradford to name a few. One thing I've never done (well I did a bit against the barcodes when YaYa scored) is take the piss. If you jump up and celebrate you've got to expect to get a slap. The lad who jumped up is either very naive or very stupid.
I think you also have to be a certain type of person to dish out a punch for that though, particularly close to where kids/families are. Some people have very short fuses.

I have changed my view pretty much 100% on away fans in City sections, providing they aren’t dicks I don’t have an issue, the club sell hospitality packages that include general admission seats to anyone, I even saw one package where City said they could accommodate away fans.
this is one hundred percent down to the club money grabbing.

If you want my honest opinion, I think the main tout is the club itself. You needed to have been to 5 previous games to be eligible for yesterday, yet there were thousands clearly at their first match.

Yes I get that you'll always get a few who'll slip through the cracks via touts, but there were literally thousands and it seems to be the same for all big games

Tyson Fury is a ra

The 1-1 v Celtic in the Champions League is the worst night I’ve ever had in the stadium. They were everywhere and not remotely ashamed of it.
That was as bad as I have seen it inside the ground for a good few years, most happened after the torch show, I had been moved from 315 to 308 and it was kicking off in several places within that block alone

Few years ago a rag got outed at the front of 211. Just lots of verbal abuse while being taken out by the dibble until a proper foc on the end of a row threw a punch at him. It Looked like he was being hit by the Simpsons Mr Burns. Excellent!
Dibble gave Mr Burns a bollocking but let him stay too.

Yes, especially if their alone. I wouldn't personally, but I'd definitely tell the gobshite to sit down..in a more forceful tone. But in a game with such hatred running through it, what did he think would happen ?

I remember them walking up the spirals with their colours on singing Celtic songs. Like you say absolutely no shame and no one challenged them.

I find it incredible to think you're a big enough English soccer fan to travel and pay top dollar for a ticket to a derby but not a big enough fan to know that you shouldn't celebrate a goal of the away team in a derby.

They should be banned. I don’t know any home fans who would buy, never mind wear a half n half scarf. Those wearing them are clueless tourists, or away fans who think it will stop them getting sussed.
They are tourists. Which shows how many tourists we get for each game nowadays.

Bloke at Wembley for the cup final was in our end with a pair of Rag shorts on! Some people are unbelievably stupid.

I remember when we got beat 0-2 at home in the one where Dunney deflected shreks shots in and some red prick jumped up. He got absolutely pelted with lighters, coins, got a few slaps too, he was maybe in his late 50s.
A lad that sat near us got a ban as he got spotted throwing coins at the rag.

NFL fans mainly mix so they think it’s the same, I always tell them every away game in England is like cheering for the Giants or Cowboys away at the Philadelphia Eagles. At best your getting dogs abuse
