If a truck is ploughing through a crowd, regardless of intent, it's a reasonable outcome to put a stop to it.

France has a fair right wing slant ,these type of incidents will help Le Pen get in , i would think a serious reaction to the immigrant population would follow .We may be in for a serious few years now i fear
