I'd take him. Wouldn't be on any higher wages than Jo you'd assume, and wouldn't cost a lot, yet would be pretty effective when called upon.

I think Tuncay is who Mancini is searching for in attacking midfielder/play-maker role who doesn't mind sitting on the bench and always ready to do the work when Silva injured. Good squad player imo.
