Made my mum watch Dr Who with me when I was a kid, Daleks and Cybermen scared me sh1tless.
My little lad who’s 6 is the same with Incredibles 2 and the part when Screen Slaver fights Elastigirl ;-)

Not much scared me but a bit in Tales from the unexpected where they made the triangle sign with their fingers gave me the odd sleepless night as a kid & then when I should really know better the old American series Twilight Zone, I think it's been re-made recently...the fucking Gremlin outside the plane.
