Craig Burley - a fellow Scot - you are a disgrace. There were TWO teams on the field last night, not just Liverpool.
Liverpool were not the better team in the first half.
Skrtel's hand ball was a penalty
Skyrtel should have had a red card( although it didn't look like he made contact with Yaya).

Skyrtel must be immune to the referees cards. He flattened Eden and there was no free kick. He assaulted Vinnie in the box a number of times - no penalties.

Adam concedes at least 4 free kicks in a row - no card. Barry nudges Aggar and gets a red. Wrong wrong wrong

Was Skyrtel's challenge on Yaya a penalty ? Don't think so but it couldn't have happened to a bigger twat than Skyrtel

Have to say Neville was was amazing in his assessment of City's perfeormance and then defended Mancini to the hilt after Jamie Reknapp kept harping on about how bad the card waving incident was.

I know many won't want to give it ever - but he's getting my respect

Hart made one save in the 1st half, then City created 5-6 chances without ever playing that well.

Liverpool had a lot of possession but did nothing with it. To say they were better in the 1st half is ridiculous

To be honest, Liverpool were the better team in the first half. They had plenty of possession and if it wasn't for Hart they would've been one up through Downing.

Better team in the first half ??? Dont agree with that

They had their chances, but as did we,difference is we went in 2-0 up,I would say Liverpool tried to take control for first 20 mins of second half, then we went better after Barry's red

The Skrtel handball was never a pen, I'd be livid if one of them was given against us. Agree with most of the rest though, few of their players very lucky not to get booked

Totally agree that it was never a pen but it's said many times that things even out over a season.

The Chinaman was offside at Sunderland, we get a pen that wasn't against the dippers.

Yes ..... But this pen didn't alter us getting 3 points and that offside decision deffo cost us a point at Sunderland. So hardly the same + in my opinion it was a pen.....skrtels knee clips yayas don't just look at the feet.

No handball penalty is fair enough but there was definately contact between Skrtel and the back of Yaya's leg - if there was no contact why did Skrtel go down like a bag of shite as well?

It comes to something when rat face is the only half decent summariser after a sky game - I thought that the after match interviewer was a total embarrassment to himself and the sport!!! Although it was quite amusing when the presenter pointed out to Redknapp that his daddy had also been waving imaginary cards around!!! dickhead!

Skrtel didn't complain so for me was a pen, also Henderson held his hands up always a sign of guilt.
