Friday 1pm this week ... according to a friend working for BT Sport.
Sky and BT are apparently 'negotiating' whether 9am is good or 1pm to release these ... I have no clue how or what that changes or matters?
Oh, and City is on TV throughout apparently so all or most fixtures changing in the first lot ...

These are the dates they and Sky have agreed on announcing fixtures this season:
Jul 8 - 13 Aug to 30 Sep fixtures
Aug 8 - 1 Oct to 12 Nov fixtures
Sep 30 - 19 Nov to 2 Jan fixtures
Oct 30 - 3 Jan to 31 Jan fixtures
Nov 30 - 1 Feb to 28 Feb fixtures
March, April and May fixtures on 5 week rolling basis there on.
These are the slots for the games ...
Friday Night Football 8pm - Sky
Saturday Lunchtime 12:45pm - Sky
Saturday Night Football 5:30pm - BT Sport
Sunday 1:30pm - Sky
Sunday 4:00pm - Sky
Monday Night Football 8pm - Sky
Tue/Wed Midweek gameweeks - BT Sport
He also reckons we're expected to be on the most due to Pep factor and the Scum will be on the second most because of the Moaninhio there now ...
BUT given they are in Europa League, they'd be on Sundays a lot and because of that we'd be on most of Saturdays (or Mondays and Fridays) for whichever gameweek we both are slotted at home.
