I wasn't that impressed with Grimm. The main character runs like a girl and would look more at home fighting some of the monsters on Canal st than the ones in Grimm.

Luther, simply the best TV series that I've ever watched. Intelligent, many sub-plots and just simply fantastic storylines.

Highly recommended.

Spooks too.

I don't usually watch telly, apart from sport the only things I've watched religiously in the last five years are Spooks and The Apprentice. I got told about homelands and decided to watch it all from the start up until the latest episode, I'm completely hooked, its gotta be the best thing I've seen for years. Can't wait until the new series, just gotta watch it on catch up so I skip the ads

All very good in their own way, as of so far I am yet to be disappointed by a show, waiting for The Walking Dead, Dexter and Californication to restart. Also seen other old TV series like:
Friends & Scrubs.

Thinking of watching, Game of Thrones, True Blood or The Wire next. Anyone got any suggestions on any others...

You have missed out the two greatest shows, Sopranos and Madmen . Both directed by the same guy.

give justified a go, on 5usa, walton goggins and Timothy Olyphant are main characters,olyphont as a sherriff whos always in battles with crowder family or his own dad

sons of anarchy, just preordered season 4 for next monday

Same here, it reminded me of Buffy and I wasn't a fan of that either
