TV Series

Just watched the Neymar documentary on Netflix that came out today. I must admit, I’m in the minority that likes him - would’ve loved to see him in blue at some point.

He’s full of off field baggage (not the most committed when you compare to others) but he loves football and, I might get laughed off here, he doesn’t seem to let his head drop and give up. I remember he was one of the PSG players trying towards the end of the 2nd leg last season.

Shame he left Barca really, he was on track to be one of the best ever.
Everything that is wrong with the modern day footballer for me. A spoilt little man child who wants to be centre of attention and can’t take things going against him. Him and Mbappe celebrating a goal by pretending to flick money tells me a story.

Currently watching a series called River, from a few years ago, has that Nicola Walker in it who my missus thinks never stars in anything bad. It’s a bit weird and different but enjoying it, decent level of acting which is nice after watching some of the dross on Netflix.

I can see why Gomorrah gets so much praise here.

I wonder, if I was watching it without knowing there were 5 seasons (3 more to come) whether I would find some of the tensions and threatening moments a lot more tense and serious.

Finished Archive 81. Enjoyed it, then last 2 or 3 episodes seemed to lose their way. Did not like the ending, could see it coming an episode or 2 away.

Star Trek: Picard back March 3rd....did anyone actually enjoy the first season???

Thought it was a load of shit myself, like a Next Generation reunion tour.
