I quite liked 8. Much better than when it was under Sera Gamble's control.

All of sams wimpy flashbacks were annoying and pointless. Loved the new men of letters topic, disgusted meg got thrown to the wolves as she was a big favourite of mine

I was a big fan of Meg too. But I've come to expect my favourites dying (First Gabriel then Balthazar then Lucifer.) Although if rumours are to be believed the first of that list may return in S09.

Loved Gabriel and lucifer but Adam barely got warm in the show. Too many good characters die

I really shouldn't have even looked at this thread, "TV series" are my drug, I literally get addicted. It started when I downloaded Lost a couple of years ago, I must have been sleeping no more than 2/3 hours a night and was fitting episodes in wherever I could. It didn't stop there, I downloaded Prison Break, House, Sopranos, 24, Dexter, True Blood, Game of Thrones, Walking Dead....the list goes on.

Just reading through a few of these pages and I'm already looking at what I fancy downloading, so thanks for many more sleepless nights you load of bastards!

I need a new series I'm hopelessly gutted now that have nothing now that I've watched all of the new supernatural season. I'm waiting for Dracula and the originals but they simply can't come fast enough

I need inspiring

Breaking Bad is up and running again after a break, please tell me you've been watching it?

If not get involved, it's on par with The Wire and Sopranos, top TV!

Never ever watched it. Never seen the wire. Did the sopranos and my favourite character was Christopher. I'm on weeds at the moment but I need something with more meat on the bones. I'm just not feeling the lure of breaking bad
Dude, watch the wire. Just for the mother fucker scene.

The Wire remains the best thing i have ever seen, i was given the boxset by a mate and i literally couldnt swap the dvds over quick enough, i took a sicky from work to watch the end of series 3, not big not clever but i had been up all night and i just had to see the finish.

Breaking Bad is very good, i think its peaked and they are just tying up loose ends now, but its been so good that the ending is a must watch.

Dexter is coming to an end as well, which has improved having got a little bit lost around series 5 and 6, its back on form now though.

Done that sicky thing for 24 to catch up on series 1-4. I might do it again right now and watch them all again.

The "Peaky blinders" new series starting in September ,about gangs in Birmingham after the first world war, looks good ,6 part series on BBC2. Funny thing is my old grandad (RIP) was from brum, and use to tell me and my brother tales about them coming on the fair and causing trouble,I thought his was taking the mick.

What is the mother fooker scene ?

It's actually just the 'fuck' scene, recently replicated in season 3 of suits to some effect

You must watch the wire once in your life, amazing social documetary but that's it's let down compared to other shows, it's far to depressing to ever watch back, genius writing, amazing cast but it sucks your positive energy eventually...... Now breaking bad is rightly being lauded as the greatest of them all, this loose end myth for season 5 part Two is ridiculous, the first 2 episodes have been sublime and carried on going above and beyond for what you expect from tv

Loose end should be filled as such bobski

Breaking bad
The wire
Parks and recreation
Curb your enthusiasm (think you'll love larry).......
It's always sunny in Philadelphia
