Watched the finale of the virtues last night. Fuck me. I know he's a dipper but Stephen graham is one hell of an actor. Absolutely stole it.

I was close to a fella who was an alcoholic and his portrayal of one earlier in the the series was spookily spot on. If you haven't watched it, do. It's depressing but it's so well done you don't seem to mind. I thought it had lost its way by ep. 3 but it got there. Shane meadows is one talented bloke.

All 3 fucking top class, harrowing, depressing, sad but superbly done. Highly recommend all 3.
