Anybody seen Brooklyn Nine Nine? Just watched the pilot and will be watching a few more. Very enjoyable.

I've been watching this, I think it has gotten better as it has progressed through the season.

I have been watching 'True Detective' and was, indeed, worried that this may turn out to be like 'Twin Peaks', where there is a massive build up and nothing ever gets resolved.

But, as 'Zin' says, it's based on real events, I should expect this rather excellent show to be one of the best ever aired, in cop genres. I do like it's anthology aspect as it keeps you wondering what the hell's happened to them in between!

The other thing I am currently enjoying is the third series instalment of 'Girls'. I think Lena Dunham is nothing short brilliant as a writer and brave as a director. The second series was patchy and direction-less, but she has found her feet again.

What is confirmed is that women... are fooking nuts... but great too...

Girls is brilliant as is Lena Dunham, such a talented young women, often referred to as Judd Apatows discovery and he her mentor, she is fast surpassing him. This weeks episode was a collaboration of the two, it was a real triumph and extremely well written, the character introduced as Adams sister is brilliant, for me it's the best comedy out there with superb music to boot......

True detective is very promising, although as I alluded earlier, it's a little hard to watch if you're familiar with the case......

Just finished peaky blinders, strong showing for a first series, enjoyed it!!!!!!!
