Binge watching Line of Duty at moment (on season 4).....mostly awesome but some characters and twists are so fucking annoying.
Totally let down by possibly the worst ending I've ever seen ;(

It gets worse.Started Tin Star last night. Two episodes in and the jury is very much out. Hopefully it improves.
Much, much worse.
S1 is the best, then it goes into some sort of parallel universe where you're just left thinking ... why?

Been watching 'Call My Agent' on Netflix. 3 or 4 years old now, but quite enjoyable. French with subtitles. Borrows from the Larry Sanders Show premise of having real life famous actors (in France at least) play themselves, only with the setting being an acting agency rather than a spoof chat show.

Series one is brilliant.....series 2 definitely not a patch on it.I really liked After Life.
You gotta like RG to like it.
First series worth it for the ginger kid scene alone!

for@ilovehappyenings -I enjoy watching the detective / thrillers series. I am told I am never happier than watching crimes being committed in a different language. In truth I like the landscape and cultural attitudes. Just finished 'Floodlands' a Dutch and Belgium series with a lead female detective quite different to what you generally have. Very much enjoyed 'Stockholm Requiem' which is obviously Swedish. If you like a French approach there is a set of 3 series 'Vanished by the lake' 'Fear by the lake' and 'killer by the lake'. Also enjoyed 'Nordic Murders' which is actually German but set around the whole Baltic area. There is actually a lot of series on there. I think I have a similar taste in drama to Walter! If you are stuck have a browse.

Got into Gomorrah early. Probably one of the best things I've watched in recent years
