Just finished watching 'Strangers' on Netflix was pretty good I thought. Not really edge of the seat stuff IMO...But definitely worth a watch.

Just binge-streamed Jack Ryan. Very good. I’m thinking about GoT next as I’ve (somehow) only seen a couple of episodes.

I found Jack Ryan extremely frustrating. His moral compass is so out of sync with someone who had been special forces. I felt like he was half preacher, half technical field operative. None of his actions were believable, every scene i felt like screaming "fuck off and quit if you are that fucking morally compromised" at the screen.

Just started to finally catch up on Daredevil Season 3. Started off nice and dark, dare i say it? a bit DC! Which is no bad thing, i like the dark tones of DC, i just find their DCEU films desperately lacking outside of Wonder Woman. The flow and pace feels right and the tone of this show feels a bit more in sync with the MCU, i can't put my finger on why. Currently on S03E02 so we will see how it goes with a good all night binge.

Watching True Detectives season 2 after 3 episodes its warming up to be a cracker! Love the pace of it and season 3 out next week also.

Season 2 was dreadful after the heights of the near-perfect 1st. Hopefully 3 rectifies it somewhat.

Apologies to @karen7 . I watched some more of The Ranch, and it's actually quite funny. The fucking God awful laughter track put me off, and although it's still there and possibly the worst laughter track I've ever heard, some of the comedy actually quite good.

Why do they need laughter tracks, especially if they're so obvious. It's almost as had as the one they had in that Friends shite.

Well its been a few years since i watched the first season and I agree it was brilliant. Also its why I put of watching the second season till now because of the reports on it being poor, maybe my expectations were low when starting this second season is why I think these first 3 episodes were good.
