I’m towards the end of season 2 of Mr Mercedes. Really enjoying it, especially the casting and acting. Quality performance as usual from Brendon Gleeson. Would recommend.

You got to like those sort of series to get into it. Loved it from the first episode and is the only series ever I’ve watched the first season 4 times! It’s a master piece of tv. I’ve said it before but you have to give it your 100% concentration there is a lot going on.

took me a couple of episodes. I've always liked sci-fi but took me a while to get a feel for the universe they have set up in there. Especially with the Belter accent/language

About 4 or 5 esp in. At first I didn't take to it and actually left it alone for a while. Then mate said nah get back on it. Did. Then after about 4 or 5 I was hooked.

I am.
I’m ‘sort of‘ enjoying it but it’s been a bit depressing so far - very tense and totally without any moments of lightness / comedy.
I’m not saying that it’s bad tv or anything. It comes across as well acted but the storyline is all doom and gloom,the characters are generally unlikeable, the judge is an idiot busy digging himself a hole and the judges son is a total idiot who needs some sense knocking into him.
I‘ve stuck with it so far and episode 6 seemed like it was heading towards improvement.

So for someone who has only a very basic knowledge/passing interest in Marvel, would Wandavision go over my head, looks good I want to watch it.

Yes, some don't see it this way, but it's about the power of love and then down a layer, a father's love (which the only other show I can think like this was 'Defending Jacob').

After all that, or mixed in between, it becomes all about power dynamics.

So, you could say that strength of power would be its main underbelly.
