Watched Upload on Amazon, cracking little comedy series based on death and subconscious being uploaded into an afterlife, really enjoyable

It was written by the same guy who later created The Wire.
 
The stuff on Prime was great and pretty true to the books ( sorry guys a bit of a Michael Connelly fan boy with a few signed books ).
The guy who played Jerry Edgar was great but hated him in The Wire.
Thought this was a role for Sean Penn but fair play Titus got Harry nailed for me.
Not seen the new stuff, but been killing The Lincoln Lawyer on Netflicks :-)

Anyway, there's also Bosch Legacy now, also on Prime. Albeit with ads on their Freevee service. Sometimes these spin offs can be a bit naff, but this one is fantastic IMO.

Never heard of it but just watched first two episodes. Looks promising so far, thanks for posting.
 
This name is as bad as when Sony called their TVs.... Viera. Right in the prime of his career.
 
Watched the first season and thought it was pretty average. Just seemed really hard work. Watched a couple of episodes from season 2 then just knocked it on the head.

Yeah I agree. It's poor compared to the previous series. His daughter is a pain in the arse and in it too much now. She's a bit wooden in the acting dept. And Bosch is now a scruffy ****. Honey the lawyer has taken a central role as well.
I don't know it all seems a bit run of the mill now.

Not seen it. Have read all the books, very gritty thrillers. His full name in the book is Hironimus Bosch. Having read all the books you would think I could remember the authors name. Unfortunately it escapes me. If it come to me I will let you know. The books are always better than the adapted version for tv.
