TV Series

God no. It's about as funny as a vasectomy without anaesthetic. That **** in the lead role is a racist piece of shit and Michelle 'Aren't I Beautiful' Keegan is irritating as fuck.
No thanks!
In 'real life'? The guy from This is England?

Finally got round to watching Twin Peaks The Return (years after it was made).
The original was one of my favourite ever shows. I'd left home at 17 and lived with a landlady (and her husband who was out most nights and a lodger from The Oman).

One of the few things we watched together (I'd come down from my room to watch it as I had nothing but books and a walkman for my entertainment).

Looking back it was quite an odd set up and watching Twin Peaks with the landlady just added to it lol.

Anyway, the Return looks fantastic and I've missed that Lynchian world.

Tried watching S4 of Fargo starring Chris Rock. I loved the first 3. But just couldn't get into it.
It just meanders along seemingly without much structure to the story. The acting seems fine I just couldn't get into it.
Maybe it's me, but I gave up after 2.5 episodes. I'm disappointed.

Just finished Munich Game, great start and was good but not brilliant through to the end, but worth a look.

Just picked up Red Light (Walter Presents) watched 2, quite good, prostitution and people trafficking, good so far...

The Old Man, found it at last, is okay and am going to give it another go after the 1st episode...

The Old Man…..a good watch, love The Dude…..

Agreed it was poor. Meanwhile ep 8 of Dragons showed a distinct improvement. Nice ratcheting of tension, some fine acting and a little slice and dice.

Its brilliant.

Matt Smith continues to steal every scene he is in,but Considine, who i struggled with initially, has played the King magnificently.

Its on another level entirely to that LOTR rubbish.

Caught up with the latest LOTR episode and back to scatter gun rubbish. The storyline is just all over the place and so disjointed it’s impossible to really follow and develop any real liking for characters. Shame as the last episode I thought was the time for it to really kick on and this episode was just awful.

Hugely annoying and frustrating that they have cocked it up massively.
