I wonder how it would be if we did not have this materialistic lifestyle and some of the mechanisms that perpetuate it. We could built the tech to reach for the stars and have the progress with all that entails whilst looking after our earth better. In this context i find the word 'profit' disgusting.

It's so sad when you see this programme what we have done to the planet we live on. It's a beautiful world and we are doing are absolute upmost to destroy it. Makes people like Attenborough such special people.
