Grand tour was dreadful this week I thought

I've had a look at 2 episodes as I thought I must be wrong that so many rave about this show.

Fair to say I was right about it all along.

Written by old men wanting to be school boys.

Embarrassing turgid shit and if that's the writing contribution they offer then, clearly, the geniuses were never Cl-Arse-son & co...

I enjoyed the first episode but the second one was dreadful, the Jordan thing made me fast forward through most of the episode

Just finished Happy Valley, series 1. Never fancied it when it was out, mostly because Sarah Lancashire, and her chin, was in it. Anyway, gave it a try and was really impressed.

Planet.Earth.II.1080p.BluRay.x264 is now out for those who know where to look. Now it gets exiting for video geeks like me............. true 4k. I expect the rips to be large in file size but the reference for 4k i.e. the 4k standard all others will be judged by. The BBC have a reputation for only the very best standards and indeed set them for tv-bluray so gonna try and get the source for these and encode my own to super high spec.

Westworld 2.0 is official, season 2 will have 10 episodes.

Epix has renewed new series Berlin Station and Graves. Both will return for 10-episode 2nd seasons in late 2017.
The Night Shift (NBC) renewed for a 4th season.
Dirk Gently's Holistic Detective Agency (BBC America) renewed for a 10-episode 2nd season, to air in 2017
Masters of Sex (Showtime) canceled after 4 seasons.
CBS has opted not to extend The Odd Couple's 3rd season beyond 13 episodes.
11/29: Z Nation (Syfy) renewed for a 4th season.

I've started watching Fortitude and not too sure about it yet. That sheriff is a wrong un.
